What are cookies?

Online shops like Foldabox are allowed to use ‘strictly necessary’ cookies without consent, otherwise online shops like ours would not work. For example, they are used to track what you put in your shopping basket. If we did not use a cookie, your shopping basket would be empty when you reached the checkout.

All prices are quoted in £ Sterling. Delivery charges may apply and are as laid out on the Delivery Details. Except in the case of manifest error, the prices payable for Products that you order are as set out on the Website at the time at which you place your order. Payment may be made using a PayPal or BACS.

The Products depicted are as seen. The reproduction of colours and styles are as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow. Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com does not accept responsibility for slight variances in colour and style.

The colours of the goods shown on our website are provided as a guideline and are accurate in terms of photography but may vary depending on the type and resolution of your own computer. If you require more accurate confirmation of the colours please contact us for a swatch selection pack before placing your order. We supply swatch packs free of charge. We cannot accept return or refund of goods based on colour expectations taken from our website.
Our goods may vary slightly from order to order due to printing colour variations on production but these will be minimal. Sizes quoted are approximate +/- 2-3mm. Please do not order boxes for a specific size product unless you are sure it will fit, we cannot accept the return or refund of goods based on specific size requirements. There is accurate information on the specifications tabs for each box with details of the box sizes when flat, erected, outer carton sizes and weight etc. You may also order a sample to verify all details meet your requirements before placing your bulk order.

By ticking the box that confirms you have read and agree to be bound by our Conditions of Sale, you are making an offer to purchase the Product(s), which you have specified in your shopping basket. All orders are subject to acceptance by Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com. Within 1 working day of our receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email, along with your order reference number. This number should be retained for future reference. Any acceptance of your order by Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com is subject to these conditions of sale and to the availability of stock.

Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com reserves the right to withdraw any Products from the Website Shop and may, in its sole discretion, refuse to process an order for any reason at any time. Without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer, Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com will not be liable to you or a third party by reason of Signature Gifts withdrawing any Product or refusing to process any order.

PLEASE NOTE: our website is designed to give customers every opportunity to check all input/personalisation details and dates. Please ensure you check the spelling and accuracy of any Personalised Products on screen before you place your order as you will not be entitled to a refund in respect of any Personalised Products which contain a misspelling that you are responsible for and which you fail to amend at the time of order.


1. The Customer may collect the goods he purchased in person in the company premises or they can be delivered by a courier company which cooperates with us or another company selected by the Customer upon prior agreement.
2. Not all parcels are insured.
3. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the goods.
4. Delivery costs are covered by the Customer.
5. Immediately upon the receipt of the parcel, in the presence of courier, the Customer is obliged to check the package in order to verify the amount and see if there is any lack or mechanical damage to the product.
If the parcel arrived damaged, the Customer has the duty to draw up discrepancy report to be signed by the carrier . The receipt of goods from the carrier amounts to the approval of the aforementioned parameters.
6. The company is not responsible for delays which occurred due to the fault of the carrier. The customer shall assume the risk of an accidental loss of goods or damage upon the moment of receipt of the goods by the carrier. dottheistudio.com are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by courier service.
7. Please only sign for what you have received! We know this seems a little obvious but if you sign for two packages and have only received one, it makes it very difficult for us to track any missing packages. We try to accommodate requests to leave packages with neighbours or, ‘please leave behind the gate if no reply’ etc. (we’ve had some very strange requests!) but please understand that specific delivery instructions are not always possible to pass to the courier driver, who is often busy with many deliveries to make.
8. Please try to ensure there will be someone available to take delivery of your goods at the address you specified, as there is a risk involved in leaving goods elsewhere. If you are not available to take delivery, the driver should leave a card advising you how to contact your local depot to arrange re-delivery.

Sorry, but we cannot accept the cost for any consequential losses as a result of the delivery of incorrect products, damaged or faulty goods, or failure to deliver to a specific deadline.
We promise to take every reasonable care with your order, ensuring the correct goods are despatched and delivered as you expect.
Some of our procedures involve manual/human intervention or are reliant on 3rd parties, such as Royal Mail and couriers and as such, we cannot be held liable for any failings on their part.


1. You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the goods are received back to our warehouse in good condition and goods are not a personalised.
1.2 You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, or receipt of the goods back to our warehouse. In many cases you will receive a refund much sooner. Please do not return goods without advising us, as we may be unable to identify them and refund you promptly. Please do not return goods to our office address.
1. 3 Returned goods should be sent to our Newcastle-under-Lyme warehouse. We can advise you on the best arrangements, depending on the nature of the issue. dottheistudio.com will pay for and arrange return shipping ONLY if you have received the wrong products.
1.4 If you need part-replacement for damaged goods, please contact us and we will advise the best options for arranging return / replacement / credit.
1.5 If you need to return product for whatever reason, please contact us so we can advise you and make the necessary arrangements.
1.6 Unfortunately, due to the fact we can`t control the storage conditions of delivered goods, we can`t accept return or replacement of defective goods after 14 days from delivery. Please check your delivery carefully upon receipt to ensure you are entirely satisfied.
1.7 We don`t accept any returns and refunds of personalised products.

2.1 You have a legal right to cancel an order in respect of items which are not personalised or made to your specifications (“bespoke items”).
2.2 You are obliged to pay the cost of production if you cancel your order (only if we started produce your personalised product).

3.1 If you cancel this contract in accordance with these terms and conditions listed, we will reimburse to you the agreed amount.
3.2 We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
3.3 We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for delivery costs if there was a cost involved to get the order sent to you, in the event of you cancelling due to change of mind. Therefore, if you have received a non-personalised item but have changed your mind you may return the item for a refund of the product cost, you will however not be refunded the cost of postage.

4.1 Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com will within a period of 3 months from the date of delivery of Goods or from the date of provision of Services, in respect of Goods and/or Services which are proved to the reasonable satisfaction of both parties to be damaged or defective, or not to comply with the agreed specification due to defects in material, workmanship or design (other than a design made, furnished or specified by the Customer), repair, or at its option replace, such Goods, and/or re-perform or at its option refund the price of such Services. This obligation will not apply where:
4.1.1 the Customer has improperly used the Goods in any way whatsoever, or the Goods have been subjected to misuse, unauthorised repair, damage, negligence, adverse weather conditions and/or alteration;
4.1.2 the Customer has not complied with any instructions relating to preparation of the surfaces and areas to which the Goods are applied, and/or such surfaces or areas have been subjected to previous workmanship by third parties and/or contain latent defects;
4.1.3 damage, discolouration or failure to painted surfaces has occurred through no fault of Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com;
4.1.4 Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com carries out work which is not provided for in the Order Confirmation, and is beyond the scope of the Services;
4.1.5 the Customer has not complied with any instructions as to use and care of the Goods in all respects; or
4.1.6 the Customer has failed to notify Wild Creator.com of any problem or suspected problem within 14 days of the provision of the Services and/or supply of the Goods.
4.2 Any repaired or replacement Goods or re-performed Services will be liable to repair or replacement under the terms specified in Condition 4.1 for the unexpired portion of the 3 month period from the original date of delivery of the replaced Goods or from the original date of provision of the re-performed Services.
4.3 The above warranty does not extend to parts materials or equipment not manufactured by Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com in respect of which the Customer shall only be entitled to the benefit of any such warranty or guarantee as is given by the manufacturer to Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com
4.4 Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com under warranty can diagnose the problem
4.4.1 Customer is obliged to cover the shipping costs to Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com in order to diagnose the problem.
4.4.3 If the cause of the damage is negligence of the client according to 4.1 – the client covers all costs of repair and shipment.
4.4.4 Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com has 30 days to diagnose the problem

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Products to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Products in question (“Payment Amount”).

Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com shall not in any event be liable to you for:

Any direct loss; Or Any loss of profits, business or anticipated savings or loss of or corruption of data or any indirect loss or consequential loss what so ever even if it has been advised of the possibility of such loss. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Nothing in these conditions of sale shall exclude or limit the liability of Signature Gifts for death or personal injury due to its negligence or for its fraud. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver the Products to the extent that such delay or failure to deliver arises from causes beyond the reasonable control of Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com including, but not limited to, fire, floods, acts of God, acts or regulations of any governmental or supranational authority, war, riot, strike, lock-out and industrial disputes.

No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies, or any subsequent breach of any provision of these Conditions of Sale.

These Conditions of Sale, set out the whole of the agreement between you and Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com. Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the Products unless confirmed in writing by Wild Creator – dottheistudio.com. You confirm that you do not rely on, and waive any claims for breach of, any such representations, which are not so confirmed.

These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
